Over the last couple of years we used several different companies to process our credit card sales. We have now settled on a small core group of companies for different types of processing. If you are trying to determine if a charge on your statement was for a purchase at coccoVision, then the descriptor could be one of these: "WEBSTREAM" "CCBill" "YLCPR0CESS" . If you have a problem or question, please email us first rather than contacting your credit card company. Webstream was our primary card processing option from August 21, 2006 to early February 2008. These sales will appear on your credit card statement with "WEBSTREAM" as part of the descriptor". We no longer process through them

CCBill is a card processing option for XviD Downloads only. CCBill cannot be used for DVD purchases because they have a "no tangibles" rule. These sales will appear on your credit card statement with "CCBILL" as part of the descriptor".

Some of our credit card sales are processed by this company. "YLCPR0CESS" is what should appear on your credit card statement. It sometimes takes up to 2 days for the actual charge to go through to your card, though we start processing your order right away. You will get confirmation by email if this goes through successfully (within 48 hours). Right now we can only accept Visa and Mastercard order transactions.

You can pay with your C N W B Card if you already have this internet-friendly credit card, designed specifically for anonymous and secure use on adult websites. Any of the CNWB brands will work such as Cyberage or AdamEve and of course our own "CoccoCard". If you don't have one, sign up for one RIGHT NOW, then come back and complete your secure purchase with your new CoccoCard account number.

MAIL-ORDER with CASH or MONEY ORDER
You may order your videos and DVDs through the mail by sending cash or money orders. Just use the shopping cart until you have all your selections picked. You will be able to choose cash/money-order instead of credit card and a special page will be generated you can print out and mail to us with your payment. Euros and Canadian Dollars will also be accepted if sent from the corresponding countries. You can also use our PDF Order Form. |

All prices are in U.S. dollars.
But you can pay with Euros or Canadian Dollars if you pay by Money order or Cash. Just use the Shopping Cart, then when you check out you can select "Cash/Money Order" and a special form will be available to print out and mail to us.

SHIPPING:
|
We charge an initial handling fee of $6 then we add an amount per item depending on where it is being shipped and the type of item. See the chart below. As an example, if you order 2 DVDs and you live in Germany, the fee is $10.00 ($6 + $4.00). We use standard first-class airmail only. Courier service is not available. We usually mail out within 3 days of receiving your order, but often the same day. Delivery time is anywhere from one week to three weeks. The package crosses a border so sometimes it takes a little longer than expected.

PACKAGING:
|
The tapes/disks are labeled by title but held in plain vinyl and sealed cardboard sleaves. They are further packaged in plain cardboard or bubble-wrap envelopes for mailing. There is no indication at all of the "adult" nature of the contents. The return address is only an address with no company name on it.

DVDs:
|
DVDs are produced in the "DVD-R" format and will play in all world regions. Most new DVD players will play DVD-Rs with no problem. But a few cheap ones do not! If you have any doubt, please read your manual before ordering. Most of our DVDs are in the ntsc television format but MOST European DVD players will convert to PAL. We have many European and Australian customers who order our DVDs!

XviD downloads:
|
For the past couple of years we have offered most of our titles in the downloadable XviD format. These are large MPEG files compressed with the xvid codec. It is the open-source version of the well-known divx codec which produces video files with a quality of sound and picture that approaches that of DVD but with a smaller file size. A 4000 mb DVD can be reduced to 700 mb. The price of this format is considerably lower than DVDs because of ease of delivery and the fact that the image is not quite as clear as DVD. This format is a good choice for customers who would rather not have DVDs delivered by regular mail but still want a good-quality copy of a video title.
When there is a choice between PAL and NTSC for a given title, the PAL file will have a slightly better and bigger image. If you are only going to play the file on a computer then this is the suggested choice. However if you are in North America and plan to convert the file to a format to view on a television, you will need the NTSC version.

MEDIA WARRANTY:
|
*** All videotapes, CD and DVD disks are brand new high-quality product. We monitor all duplication ourselves and test the copies on several players. It is very rare that there will be a problem, but if there is a problem we guarantee immediate replacement within one year of your purchase date. We recommend that customers have more than one brand of DVD player. Although we test our DVD-Rs on a range of players, your player may not be able to read the disk correctly causing freezing and image jumpiness at times. A different player will likely play the disk well, or a replacement from a different burner might do the trick. Contact us if you have a problem.

VIDEO FORMATS:
|
Many of our DVDs are only available in the NTSC format. However modern PAL DVD players will usually convert NTSC disks during playback. People order these all the time without problem. "NTSC" is the video and television standard for the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan and many other countries. "PAL" is the most popular European standard but is also used in Australia and other countries. All our disks will play under all regions codes.

PROGRAM DETAILS:
|
Cocco's video team continually looks at many video submissions and chooses only the best to make available on this page. Further editing has been done to ensure interesting and exciting content from beginning to end without "filler" and bad shooting.
Still, these videos were recorded mostly by non-professionals and so the quality of the videography will vary. Mostly it is excellent, but sometimes the shooting is shakey but we have kept it in the video because we think the subject is interesting. Typically 2 hours of raw video will be edited down to 80 minutes to keep only the best footage. Note that some videos do not have sound and some videos have a "do not copy" title that fades up occasionally. We have to do this because of the amount of pirating that is going on. We have been careful not to let the title cover anything interesting though!

If you have ANY problem at all (if your order does not arrive, or if you are charged twice, or any other complication) please contact us first at h e l p (AT) c o c c o v i s i o n . c o m (remove the spaces). Do not contact the credit card processing company or your credit card company - if you do this, it costs us extra money. We will get back to you quickly and we can issue refunds or make other adjustments you might need.
